Do you run a café or community hub? You can help encourage conversation with those who come along by putting a couple of Table Talk cards on each table. Alternatively you could have a ‘question of the day’ written somewhere, so everyone is talking about the same thing.

Use Table Talk cards as an ice-breaker activity for tutor groups, or pick out a specific topic from one of the youth packs to get your class chatting (about something relevant). Pass out cards around the class, or connect a phone/ tablet to your projecter and use the app.

When you meet up with friends, take one theme from a Table Talk pack with you. Alternatively, suggest getting together specifically to chat about life, you could even make it a regular event! This works great in a pub or restaurant setting.
