Ask your own questions or use the following:
How many different emotions can you spot?
Which do you identify with the most?
Which picture best describes how you feel today?
Choose a picture and describe what you see. What could be happening?
Choose a picture and say “I feel ______ when ______.”


When so many of the voices around us are encouraging us to get more, be more, own more, do more, it is interesting that one of the ways to enhance our wellbeing is to give. Even when our motives are questionable to begin with, giving can be really good for our wellbeing. So why is it hard to give? And why do we sometimes ‘over give’? How do we know when to give and what to give to?
